MOVE comfort permet aux abonnés de bénéficier du célèbre badge MOVE contre une cotisation annuelle de CHF 59 et ainsi recharger leur voiture électrique à des prix privilégiés. Elle est recommandée pour les conducteurs de voitures électriques qui utilisent régulièrement (au moins deux fois par mois) le réseau de charge public.

Comment obtenir un abonnement MOVE?

 1. Inscrivez-vous via notre formulaire en ligne pour devenir client et obtenir votre abonnement MOVE.
2. Recevez un e-mail dans les minutes qui suivent votre inscription afin de confirmer votre identité et configurer votre compte MOVE.
3. Téléchargez notre application mobile "MOVE - Rechargez votre voiture" disponible sous IOS et Android et connectez-vous à l'aide de votre compte MOVE.

How do I get a MOVE subscription?

 1. Sign up using our online form to become a customer and receive your MOVE subscription.
2. You should receive a verification email within minutes of signing up to confirm your identity and set up your MOVE account.
3. Download our ‘MOVE - Charge your vehicle’ mobile application, available on IOS and Android, and log in using your MOVE account.  
4. Charge your vehicle without any further delay on the Swiss and European public charging network using our mobile app. The MOVE activation badge will be sent to you by post in the days after you sign up.

Pour chaque abonnement MOVE, les tarifs appliqués sur le réseau public varient en fonction du point de charge. Vous pouvez visualiser de manière transparente chaque tarif appliqué pour chaque point de charge sur notre application mobile MOVE. Pour ceci, connectez-vous à l’app MOVE grâce à votre login, recherchez une station et sélectionnez un point de recharge.
Nous recommandons vivement de vérifier les tarifs appliqués sur notre app MOVE avant chaque recharge.
Vous pouvez également vous rendre sur notre portail client my.move.ch afin d’activer l'option « SMS en début de recharge » pour être informé par SMS des tarifs appliqués lors de l’activation d’une recharge sur une station publique. Il est toujours possible pour l'utilisateur d'arrêter la recharge dans les 2 premières minutes, dans ce cas aucun frais ne sera alors appliqué.

Sie können den Tarif, der für den jeweiligen Ladepunkt gilt, transparent auf Ihrer mobilen MOVE App einsehen. Loggen Sie sich dafür mit Ihren Benutzerdaten in der MOVE App ein, suchen Sie eine Ladestation und wählen Sie einen Ladepunkt aus.
Wir empfehlen Ihnen, die Tarife vor jedem Ladevorgang auf unserer MOVE App zu überprüfen. 
Sie können auch die Option «SMS bei Ladebeginn» in unserem Kundenportal my.move.ch aktivieren, um per SMS über die Tarife informiert zu werden, die bei der Aktivierung eines Ladevorgangs an einer öffentlichen Station angewandt werden. Jeder Ladevorgang kann innerhalb der ersten zwei Minuten abgebrochen werden. In diesem Fall werden keine Gebühren verrechnet.

For each MOVE subscription, the tariffs applied on the public network vary depending on the charging station. Every tariff applied for every charging station is transparently displayed on our MOVE mobile app. To see the tariffs, log in to the MOVE app, search for a station and select a charging point.
We strongly recommend that you always check the tariffs applied on our MOVE app before charging your vehicle. 
You can also visit our customer portal my.move.ch and enable the “SMS at start of recharge” option, to be notified by text message of the tariffs applied when you activate charging at a public station. You can always stop charging your vehicle within the first 2 minutes without being charged.

Prima di ogni ricarica, le consigliamo vivamente di verificare sulla nostra app MOVE le tariffe applicate. 
Può anche accedere al nostro portale clienti my.move.ch per attivare l'opzione «SMS al debutto di ricarica», così riceverà informazioni tramite SMS sulle tariffe applicate al momento dell'attivazione di una ricarica presso una stazione pubblica. Le client est tenu de respecter les conditions et règles de stationnement en vigueur au lieu de recharge et, sauf indication contraire, de payer les frais de stationnement.
S'il existe un tarif basé sur le temps, il prend fin au moment ou l'utilisateur débranche le cable de la station. Dans le cas ou la batterie est pleine mais que le cable est toujours branché, le tarif continue a être appliqué car la place de recharge reste bloquée pour une tierce personne.
Pour visualiser toutes les stations compatibles avec un abonnement MOVE, il suffit de télécharger l'app MOVE et de vous rendre sur la vue "Carte". Il n'est pas nécessaire de créer un compte MOVE afin de visualiser les stations. Par conséquence pour visualiser les prix ou démarrer une recharge, une connexion avec votre comtpe MOVE est nécessaire.
Dans le monde de l’électromobilité, il existe trois composants tarifaires qui peuvent être appliqués pour le prix d’une recharge :
  • Prix d’activation: Un prix d'activation est souvent appliqué pour une station de recharge partenaire car la plateforme de roaming ou l’exploitant de la station facture une redevance pour chaque démarrage d’un processus de recharge.
  • Prix basé sur la consommation: Un prix par kWh est facturé
  • Prix basé sur le temps: Un prix par minute est facturé. Il est souvent appliqué sur les stations de recharge rapides afin d'éviter un stationnement longue durée.
Il arrive parfois qu’une recharge reste affichée comme « en cours » sur l’app MOVE alors que votre véhicule ne charge plus. Pour arrêter la recharge en cours, ouvrez la vue « Recharges » de l’app MOVE et maintenez votre doigt 2 secondes sur la recharge en cours. Un popup devrait apparaître pour vous demander si cette recharge est toujours en cours. En répondant pas la négative, la recharge devrait disparaître de la liste et apparaître ultérieurement avec les données corrigées. Les données seront également corrigées pour la facturation.

Der Kunde soll die Parkbedingungen und -regeln, die am Ladeort gelten, respektieren und die Parkgebühren bezahlen, sofern nichts anderes angegeben ist.
Falls ein Zeittarif zur Anwendung kommt, stoppt dieser, sobald der Nutzer das Ladekabel abzieht. Falls die Batterie voll ist, das Kabel jedoch noch verbunden, wird der Zeittarif weiterhin verrechnet, da der Ladeplatz für andere Personen blockiert ist.
Laden Sie die MOVE App herunter und öffnen Sie die «Karten»-Ansicht, um alle kompatiblen Stationen anzuzeigen. Es ist nicht notwendig, ein MOVE Konto anzulegen, um die Stationen anzuzeigen. Zur Anzeige der Preise oder um einen Ladevorgang zu starten, müssen Sie sich jedoch mit Ihrem MOVE Konto anmelden.
Im Bereich der Elektromobilität gibt es drei Tarifmodelle, die für die Berechnung des Ladepreises angewendet werden können:

Öffnen Sie die Ansicht «Ladevorgänge» in der MOVE App und drücken Sie zwei Sekunden lang auf den noch laufenden Ladevorgang, um den Ladevorgang zu beenden. Dadurch sollte sich ein Pop-up öffnen, in dem Sie gefragt werden, ob der Ladevorgang noch aktiv ist. Customers must abide by the parking terms and rules in force at the charging location and, unless indicated otherwise, pay parking charges.
If the tariff is time-based, the cut-off point is when the user unplugs the cable from the station. If the battery is full but the cable is still connected, the tariff will continue to be applied, as the charging point cannot be used by anybody else until the cable is unplugged.
To see all the stations compatible with a MOVE subscription, simply download the MOVE app and go to the “Map” view. You don't need to create a MOVE account to see the stations. To see the fees or start charging, however, you do need to connect to your MOVE account.
In the world of electromobility, there are three tariff components that can be applied to charging fees:
  • Activation fee:an activation fee is often applied for a partner charging station, as the roaming platform or the operator of the station charges a fee each time a charging session is started.
  • Consumption-based fee:a fee per kWh is charged
  • Time-based fee: a fee per minute is charged. This is often applied to fast charging stations, to avoid vehicles being parked for long periods.
Occasionally, a charging session is still displayed as “in progress” on the MOVE app when your vehicle is no longer charging. To quit the charging session in progress, open the “Charging sessions” view in the MOVE app and press your finger on the charging session in progress for 2 seconds. A pop-up should appear, asking if the vehicle is charging. When you answer no, the charging session should disappear from the list and subsequently appear with the corrected details. The details will also be corrected for billing.

Il cliente è tenuto a rispettare le condizioni e le regole di parcheggio in vigore sul sito di ricarica e, salvo diversa indicazione, a pagare il costo del parcheggio.
In caso di una tariffa basata sul tempo, questa termina nel momento in cui l'utente scollega il cavo dalla stazione. Se la batteria è piena ma il cavo è ancora collegato, la tariffa continua a essere applicata perché altre persone non possono accedere al posto di ricarica.
Per visualizzare tutte le stazioni compatibili con un abbonamento MOVE, basta scaricare l'app MOVE e andare su "Carta". Per visualizzare le stazioni, non è necessario creare un account MOVE. Per visualizzare il prezzo o per avviare una ricarica è necessario connettersi al proprio account MOVE.
Nel mondo dell'elettromobilità esistono tre componenti tariffarie che possono essere applicate per il prezzo di una ricarica:

Sull'app Move può succedere che una ricarica resti visualizzata come «in corso» mentre il suo veicolo non sta più ricaricando. Per arrestare la ricarica in corso, aprire la voce «ricariche» nell'app MOVE e tenere il dito premuto per 2 secondi sulla ricarica in corso. Dovrebbe apparire un pop-up che chiede se questa ricarica è ancora in corso. Se si risponde di no, la ricarica dovrebbe scomparire dall'elenco e poi apparire con i dati corretti. I dati saranno corrispondentemente corretti nella fatturazione.
