New in the B2B portal: Configuration of alarm messages

Make a valuable contribution to ensuring that your charging stations are available at all times - for the benefit of all electric car drivers, but also for you! In the MOVE B2B portal, you can now set individual alarm messages and define which charging station(s) and which scenarios they should apply to. Choose from various alarm options such as offline status or no charge in the last two days. The alarm messages relate in particular to faults where MOVE can no longer rectify the problem remotely and where local intervention is required to rectify the fault immediately.
